I have been just a little bit blue lately & have neglected this blog for so long. It must be the gray rainy skies that have overwhelmed me with self doubt. Or it could be the hours of work being constantly on my feet which are now whining for me to take them to the Podiatrist. Or it could be this big project that is consuming my brain. Or it could be that I'm just burnt out after AFIC. Or it could just be I haven't the energy to put myself out there.
But this afternoon when I woke up, there was Sun shining. The grass is almost over the dogs' heads because we've had about 10 days of non stop awful weather. I'm going to grab onto those warm cheery rays & pull them inside me to warm up my Soul and hopefully wake up my Muse.

Enjoy the sunshine and take care! It seems as if it's been raining since March.
Yes! Wake up Muse...your mistress calls. I hope the change in weather actually stays. Here we've also had two weeks of rain, thunder, tornadoes, and anything else wet! Oh not the "S" word...wouldn't want that to be said aloud...lol. These past couple weeks have given new meaning to "Make hay while the sun shines!" ... not much hay here, either. Toooo bluuuuuue...

Our weather here alternates between the high 80's and the 50's. Seems to change day to day. Lots of gray skies.
I have faith that your muse is not far away. Get some rest and you will be back at it again.
Hear you loud and clear, my friend. I too have been in a rain drain. Sigh. Our summers here are so short to begin with and April and May have been downright miserable. I would have thought the rain would be cozy and give me incentive to be creative, but no, just dampened my spirit.
If you're down -- read this post I recently wrote.

Sunshine should help, though! I know a lot of people who get really down and blue when it's constantly dreary.
